## Description

SDU plan to purchase a Stimulated Raman Scattering (SRS) Microscope. For our planed experiments we have the following requirements. 1) The SRS microscope must be able to perform simultaneous imaging of two different wave numbers. The light source should be able to deliver •Short-noise limited performance• 3 outputs: Wavelength Stokes 1: 1034 nm (fixed)•Wavelength Stokes 2: 1024 nm (fixed)•Wavelength Pump (OPO Signal ) : 740 ~ 990nm (tunable)•.v Pump - Stokes range : 350 cm-1 ~ 3800cm-1 or similar. The system must be able to record SRS in the forward direction and be upgradable for SRS acquisition in the Epi direction. The system should have separate detectors for 2-photon fluorescence•Second Harmonic Generation•Coherent anti-stokes Ramanscattering CARS. The system should be based on a Laser Scanning microscope platform with software of data acquisition. The software should be able to perform mosaic, Z-scan imaging, loop experiments (XY,Z,T,Lambda) and wavelength sweep experiments.Based on the periodic market research. SDU approached Lightcore Technologies as the only known commercial supplier with the required specifications.
