Aftalen omhandler udskiftning af nuværende instrumenter i Forsvarets T-17 fly med en ny instrumentpakke inkl. nyt ledningsnet. Den ny instrumentpakke skal indeholde alle funktionerne fra de eksisterende instrumenter bortset fra IFF, KN64 DME og UHF-radio.
