## Description

Insurance procurement for CAR/EAR and terrorism with inception on 1st March 2024.The projects which Energinet is seeking to capture within this insurance package have been split into 3 segments based on the projects works. The 3 segments are: Construction/Erection Projects, offshore gas pipe repairs and maintenance works and offshore cable repairs and maintenance works.Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
