### Award Criterion Descriptions

- For the purpose of evaluating the sub-criteria ‘Solution requirements’ the Tenderer must, as part of its proposal, describe how the Tenderer can provide a highly stable, scalable and resilient Solution, that can provide DR with a state-of-the-art DAM Solution. This must be answered in Appendix 2 – Requirements_DAM. The evaluation will be based on the Tenderers responses to the requirements in Appendix 2 – Requirements_DAM. DR considers it positive if the Tenderer has stated how the Tenderer fulfils the requirements, for each of the requirements. Overall, the aim with the solution is to find • a solution that offers satisfaction to the end user through the means of ease of use and perfor-mance experience • a solution that convincingly demonstrates an ability to seamlessly integrate with DR’s other software solutions through API’s • a solution that can not only handle DR’s existing metadata but deliver added value as well To support the evaluation of this sub-criteria, each requirement in Appendix 2 is listed with the relevant sub-criteria used to evaluate the fulfilment of the sub-criteria.
- Points for the sub-criterion Price will be given on a scale from 0-8. To calculate the point DR will use the ‘Total technical evaluation price based on training, implementation, and operating expences’ cf. Appendix 3.1 – Pricing_DAM, sheet ‘Calculation’, cell B5. DR will then apply the following price model for the evaluation of the sub-criterion Price: The applied price model is based on the average value of the Tenderers total technical evaluation prices compared using a gearing factor of 50 %. This means, that if a Tenderer submits a total technical price that is 50 % higher than the average value of all the total technical prices, the Tenderer is awarded the lowest score of 0 points. However, if a Tenderer submits a total technical price that is 50 % lower than the average value of all the total technical prices, the Tenderer is awarded the highest score of 8 points. Between these two extreme points, the points are calculated based on a linear function. Slope: α= (Min.pont- Max.point)/((Average Price*(1+Gearing Factor)) - (Average Price*(1-Gearing Factor)) ) Cut: b=Max.point- α* (average price*(1-Gearing Factor)) Calculation of point: Points= α*Technical Evaluation Price+b If a Tenderer submits a total technical evaluation price that is more than 50 % below the average value of all the total technical prices or that is more than 50% higher than the average value of all the total technical prices, the gearing factor will be increased with 10 % percentage point at a time (i.e., to 60 and 70 % etc.) until all the submitted total technical evaluation prices can fit within the scale of 0-8. The score for the sub-criterion "Price" is calculated with several decimals. The final score for the sub-criterion is rounded to two decimal places.
- For the purpose of evaluating the sub-criterion “Use-cases” the Tenderer must, as part of its proposal, demonstrate how the specific listed use-cases will be solved by the Tenderers Solution. The use-cases will provide DR with insight regarding the ease of use of the proposed Solution. The evaluation will be based on the Tenderers online demonstration of the use cases according to the evaluation criteria listed in Appendix 2, section 3 (Use cases – Ease of use). The format of the demonstration will be an online meeting (Teams, Zoom or Google) where the Tenderer will demonstrate how the seven use cases are fulfilled by the Solution. The demonstration will focus only on the use cases and not on any other parts of the Tenderer’s bid. During the demonstration DR may ask questions relating specifically to the use cases. The demonstration will be recorded. The Tenderer will be allowed up to 1,5 hours for the demonstration. DR will contact Tenderers to organise the time for the demonstrations after the bids have been received.
- For the purpose of evaluating the sub-criteria’ Implementation and support’ the Tenderer must as part of its bid in Appendix 5 – Time Schedule and Implementation Plan_DAM and Appendix 2 – Requirements_DAM describe, how the Tenderer propose to plan, align, and coordinate the implementation of the proposed So-lution. The Tenderer should in Appendix 5 – Time Schedule and Implementation Plan_DAM include a precise time and activity plan on how the implementation is expected to be managed by the Tenderer including the responsibility between the Tenderer and DR. In the evaluation, DR will consider it positive if the Tenderer describes a realistic implementation plan including time and activity based on the offered solution. The evaluation will also be based on the proposal in Appendix 5 – Time Schedule and Implementation Plan_DAM. It will be weighed positive, if the Tenderer describes the estimated time, allocation of resources and e.g., risks associated with the activities. • Focus on training – how to make sure that users can use the solution. • Easy access to DR specific documentation Finally, as part of the evaluation of the sub-criteria, the Tenderer should answer those requirements in Ap-pendix 2 where “Implementation, training and support” is listed as the relevant sub-criteria.
- For the purpose of evaluating the sub-criterion ’Service Levels’ the Tenderer must submit a proposal for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) that best meets the framework conditions outlined by DR in Appendix 4 – Service Levels_DAM. It will be weighed positive, that the proposed SLA meets the framework conditions. It will also be weighed positive, if the proposed SLA exceeds the framework conditions outlined by DR, thus providing better service levels for DR in the final Contract. Attention is brought to the fact, that an availability of 95,5% is a minimum requirement (MR). Availability exceeding 95,5 % will be weighed positively. Un-conditional acceptance of DR’s proposal will be evaluated with a score of 6 points.
- For the purpose of evaluating the sub-criterion ’CSR & Sustainability’ the Tenderer must as part of the bid in Appendix 2 – Technical requirements, describe the usage of sustainable methods. DR will consider it posi-tive if the Tenderer can describe and document, the strategical and operational plan for using renewable energy sources to fulfil the contract. It is also weighed positive if the Tenderer can document specific initia-tives and concrete results regarding the use of renewable energy and a high percentage of current use of renewable energy to fulfil the contract. To support the evaluation of this sub-criteria, each requirement in Appendix 2 is listed with the relevant sub-criteria used to evaluate the fulfilment of the sub-criteria.
