## Description

ARGO is committed to establishing a Carbon Capture facility (“The Project”) with a commercial operations date no later than 2030. To achieve this objective, ARGO I/S wishes to engage in a comprehensive market dialogue with potential business partners and stakeholders representing the full CCS value chain. The purpose of the market dialogue is to identify and assess relevant organizational and contractual structures to be used in the future process of realization of the project. This initiative serves as a platform for engaging with a wide array of stakeholders, including contractors/suppliers, project developers, investors, storage experts, distribution specialists and possible buyers of CDR credits. By fostering dialogue and collaboration, ARGO aims to gather insights and perspectives to be used in shaping the design of the future organizational and contractual structure related to the new carbon capture facility. This material serves as an introduction to ARGO's vision and outlines the initial considerations regarding the establishment of carbon capture facilities in connection to the existing waste incineration plant. The material thus serves as a starting point for a discussion with potential stakeholders and business partners.
