## Description

The Danish Energy Agency (DEA) intends to tender a framework agreement regarding consultancy services to the DEA Country Programs. The purpose of the framework agreement is to enable DEA to source specialist technical expertise on demand to ensure that DEA can access the most appropriate knowledge and skills and benefit from the expertise and experience of international and local know-how and resource base in the Country Programs and Projects. The purpose of the tender is to facilitate this aim by achieving a leaner procurement process and reducing DEA’s internal transaction costs and providing the contractual tools to ensure as flexible and competitive procurement of technical services as possible. The Tender concerns following areas: 1. Energy Planning and Modelling 2. Renewable energy integration 3. Onshore- and offshore wind development 4. Energy efficiency 5. Heating and cooling supply legislation, planning and modelling 6. Climate change mitigation planning and modelling It is expected that the tender will be published as restricted procedure (“begrænset udbud” in Danish) to ensure that DEA does not receive more than maximum 5 tenders for each Position on January 18th 2024. Subsequently, it is expected that the framework agreement enters into force on August 1st 2024. The estimated value of the framework agreement (excluding options for extra countries and expansion of value) is DKK 242 million.
