### Award Criterion Descriptions

- Prices are stated in Appendix 3 – Price list. Points in this sub-criterion will be calculated up to two decimal places. Calculation of points: Evaluation of the sub-criterion "price" is based on the “total weighted evaluation price”.
- In the evaluation of sub-criterion Quality”, the Contracting Authority will place emphasis on the de-gree of fulfilment of the above part-criteria, and take into account the extent to which the bid fulfils the expectations described. The Tenderer's score will then be multiplied by the weight of the part-criterion in question. The scores are then added up. The total score is then multiplied by the weight of the sub-criterion. This will give the Tenderer's final points for the sub-criterion.

## Description

The Helium liquefaction system will be used for liquification of He gas produced by several NMR spectrometers, STM’s, and other sources of He gas. The Helium liquefaction system should contain an intermediate low-pressure storage (called low gas permeability bag or bags), gas purifier (purifier), high-pressure gas storage cylinders, compressor (high pressure compressor), helium liquefier (liquefier), transfer lines, and liquid He dewars. The setup should be connected to the helium gas outlet collecting He gas from several NMR spectrome-ters and other helium gas sources.
