## Description

The scope of Services (the “Scope of Services”) for the tender comprises the supply of 2 Crew Transfer Vessels (“CTV”) and is divided into two (2) lots with an estimated value of approximately 10.1 mDKK including extension options. The CTVs will mainly support inspections and maintenance campaigns on Ørsted’s operational wind farms in Germany. Some campaigns include work scopes in Denmark, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom. The CTVs will be employed on a 12/7 basis but may operate on a 24/7 basis for limited periods of time. The CTVs will be used to transport wind turbine technicians, equipment, IMDG, liquids such as fuel and water, and spare parts from, to and in between onshore and offshore structures (including service operation vessels).
