## Description

The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of two framework service contracts, one for each lot, with service providers who will assist the contracting authorities by providing both intra-mural (working at the EEA’s or the JRC’s premises) and extra-mural (working at the contractors’ premises or elsewhere) consultancy services. The consultancy services must support Communication (Lot 1) and User Uptake (Lot 2) activities for the Copernicus Land Monitoring Service (CLMS) and the cross-cutting coordination of Copernicus’ Access to In Situ data (In Situ Coordination).
