### Options

- Ørsted is entitled to extend the duration of the Framework Agreement by periods of twelve (12) months, subject to giving Supplier one (1) months' prior written notice before expiry of the Term. Ørsted is entitled to exercise this right of extension of the Term two (2) times; i.e. the maximum extension of the Term will be twenty-four (24) months.
