## Description

Metroselskabet I/S (“Metroselskabet”) intends to tender out the future operation and maintenance of the metro lines M1, M2, M3 and M4 (the “O&M contract”). The tender is expected to commence in June 2025 with operation under the O&M contract expected to start September 2027. See section 2.1.4 for further information concerning the tender procedure. Metroselskabet is currently conducting a dialogue with the market in order to gather input of relevance for the upcoming tender. Any further market operators that would like to participate in the dialogue / provide such input are encouraged to express their interest to Metroselskabet via e-mail to the contact person referred to in section 8.1. Input may be provided in writing, and Metroselskabet may invite market operators to meeting(s) to obtain further insight of relevance for the tender. The O&M contract is further described in section 5.1.
