### Award Criterion Descriptions

- Sub-criterion 1: The supplier shall provide soft quotas ensuring national representativeness for the following attributes: age, gender, income, education, and German state (land). The supplier should specify quota bandwidths. Narrow bandwidths are weighted positively. Sub-criterion 2: The supplier should ensure unique respondents and 50 % response credibility through standard data cleaning procedures (e.g. attention checks, speed checks, IP address checks) and the removal of responses deemed not credible. It is weighted positively if the supplier has multiple data cleaning procedures. Sub-criterion 3: The supplier should provide documentation demonstrating experience working with academic surveys. It is weighted positive if the supplier can show previous experience working with survey experiments and surveys of a comparable size and duration.

## Description

The survey implementation shall include all components necessary for complete survey data collection including but not limited to: recruitment of respondents with specified sample attribute quotas, data collection and processing, removal of poor quality responses, anonymization of data and secure data storage and transferral. The survey requires 16,500 complete responses, with a representative sample for the following soft quotas: age, gender, income, education, and German state ( land). The survey has an estimated duration of 12-18 minutes.
