## Description

The purchase is to add an additional bio-inert HPLC to the already existing installation in the Proteomics Research Infrastructure (PRI) at the University of Copenhagen. This procurement addresses the growing need for sample preparation in user projects, particularly focusing on high-throughput proteomics analyses of blood plasma samples in combination with top14 protein depletion. The system needs to run established methods for the preparation of Top14 depleted blood plasma samples in combination with a depletion column and associated buffers. For optimal sample quality, the HPLC needs to be completely bio-inert, where the entire sample flow path is completely metal free with PEEK-lined capillaries, ceramic needle and no iron or steel in the solvent delivery lines.
