The Capital Region intends to purchase a Revio™ system from Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc. (PacBio) for long-read sequencing. The instrument is to be placed at the Department of Genomic Medicine, Rigshospitalet. The technology will be used for clin-ical long-read whole genome sequencing (LR-WGS).
