### Award Criterion Descriptions

- The Contracting Authority will identify the economically most advantageous Tender on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The sub-criterion "Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality)" can be weighted between 60-70 %. The actual weights of each sub-criteria and part-criteria are decided by the Contracting Authority for that specific Competition and will be contained in ITT of each specific Competition.
- The Contracting Authority will identify the economically most advantageous Tender on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The sub-criterion "Total Cost of Ownership (Price)" can be weighted between 30-40 %. ## Description

NORDUnet has previously made framework procurements for Cloud Storage Collaboration and Synchronisation Services on behalf on the Nordic NREN’s and the services currently in use under these frameworks are Box and Dropbox. This Dynamic Purchasing System is designed to enable NORDUnet and the Nordic NRENs to purchase a Cloud Storage Collaboration and Synchronisation Services.
