- No award criteria in the traditional public procurement sense have been applied in awarding the contract, as the contract has been awarded following the procurement procedure of negotiation without prior publication of a procurement notice, in accordance with Section 80, subsection 3, of the Danish Procurement Act. The indication of the award criterion is solely due to the fact that completing the field is mandatory.

## Description

Danske Spil A/S (hereinafter “Danske Spil”) has entered into a contract with Scientific Games International GmbH (hereinafter "SG") for a license to use SG's Player Account Management Solution (hereinafter "PAM") for the entire company group, including Danske Licens Spil A/S, ongoing operation and maintenance of the system, as well as the development of components tailored to Danske Spil’s needs. The contract has a duration of up to 9 years from commencement (August 20, 2025) with the option for Dansk Spil to terminate the contract for convenience with a prior notice. The contract entails a monthly payment for license and ongoing operation. Additionally, there will be payments for the development of new software components and a one-time payment for SG's purchase of new hardware necessary for SG’s continued delivery of the PAM system. The total expected amount to be paid according to the contract over the course of nine years will be between 200-220 mio. DKK.
