## Description

A semiconductor-based PEF system (1000 A; up to 24 MW) that can treat liquids continuously as well as solids and allows connection to further optional modules (e.g. meat treatment chamber, continuous chamber for microbial inactivation module, mash chamber). The original setup already includes: 3 batch treatment chambers of 15, 800, and 9600 mL. The 15 mL chambers are perfect for proof-of-concept, and the larger chambers can be used to scale-up the process when higher amounts are needed. The operator also offers identical platforms for industrial scale system, allowing easier knowledge transfer to industry when appropriate. User friendly interface. Oscilloscope is included as part of the purchase as it is a good practice to ensure that the machine is really running the currents.
