### Award Criterion Descriptions

- Prices must be stated in the attached Price List in Appendix 3 (doc. no. 24/13130-14) and the defined price elements must be completed herein. Prices must be stated exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other expenses associated with the purchase. Prices must be stated in EUR.
- Technical solution description: The tenderer must submit the following description: • A detailed description of materials and construction methods for each type of valve, including materials for gaskets/sealings. • A description of the design, drawings and dimen-sions of valves (including weight), seat component, valve-construction, valve bearings and lubricating pipes. Including description of assembly of valve/stem, gasket/stem and assembly of drain and vents etc. Sustainability: The tenderer must submit the following description in the Template for Description of Sustainability (doc. no 24/13130-16): • The tenderer’s use of recycled materials for manufacturing of the products. • How and to what extent the materials of the products can be recycled at end-of-life. o The tenderer should state by weight (%) how large a part of the products is made from recycled materials, and the level of recyclability of the materials from which the products are made. • Whether the Contracting Authority has access to and possibility of separating the products easily and straightforward on the aspect of recycling the materials.
- The tenderer must as part of the sub-criterion 'Quality assurance and quality control' include the following: • A detailed description of the specific quality assurance and quality control performed for the products which will be delivered to the Contracting Authority, including QA plan, inspection, and test plan. • A detailed description on how certified quality management systems is used to support the quality assurance and quality control when producing to the Contracting Authority (API, ISO or equivalent).
- Tenderer can include a list of proposed deviations to the attached contract terms. The contract terms are defined as below: • Framework Agreement (doc no. 24/13130-7), • Agreement under the Framework Agreement (doc. no. 24/13130-8), • General Terms & Conditions for Purchase (doc. no. 24/13130-6), The tenderer must use the Clarification List (doc. no. 24/13130-4). The proposed deviations to the contract terms must be stated in the spreadsheet marked “Legal clarification” and should be explicit and with explanation as to why they are made.

## Description

The Contracting Authority wants to purchase ball -, plug -, gate -, globe -, check - and monoflange valves and valve actuators for the Fast Track Biogas project. For further details regarding the purchase, reference is made to the tender documents. Based on the present tender procedure, the tendered framework agreement will be awarded to three (3) suppliers. The tendered framework agreement has a duration of 4 years. The framework agreement can be extended for 2x2 years. The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to EUR 3,500,000. The estimated consumption during the term of the framework agreement is expected to amount to: - 136 ball valves - 37 twin plug valves - 11 plug valves (underground) - 3 gate valves (underground) - 37 globe valves - 8 check valves - 29 Monoflange SDBB - 27 valve actuators The consumption figures are estimates only and are consequently not binding for the Contracting Authority. During the specified period, the Contracting Authority has the right to purchase the services and/or goods comprised by the framework agreement from the selected tenderer but is not obligated to do so, cf. the framework agreement, section 1.3. The Contracting authority reserves the right to award the contracts under the present framework agreement as periodic contracts as defined in the preparatory work to article 97 of The Public Procurement Act (Act. No. 1564 of 15 December 2015). The award of a periodic contract entail that one supplier is chosen for a period of either 12, 24, 36 and 48 months (however no longer the 24 months after the expiry of the framework agreement) regarding the specified ball-, globe-, plug-, twinplug-, gate-, check- and monoflange valves under the framework agreement.
