- The Evaluation Price was calculated as the total price of the Evaluation number of all included products and services stated in the Instructions to Tenders document, plus the estimated cost of repairing and replacing spare parts over a period of 10 years for the Evaluation Number of the various subsystems.
- Each offer was evaluated and given points for each Evaluation Requirement, depending on the degree to which the offer fulfills the requirement; 1 for not fulfilled, 5 for fulfilled to the highest degree. The grade for Functionality was calculated as the weighted average of the points obtained for each Evaluation Requirement, using the weights stated for each Evaluation Requirement stated in the tender materiel.

## Description

The framework agreement covers the purchase of NATO Class I, Small, Unmanned Aircraft System (hereafter UAS) for the Danish MoD. The framework agreement includes an initial purchase of three UAS and two extra GCS. Furthermore, the framework agreement covers the purchase of sustainment (spare parts and repair services), other support services and training services related to the UAS, as well as additional UAS subsystems.
