## Description

The NAZCA system is a micro and nanofabrication equipment exploiting the patented High Precision Capillary Printing (HPCaP) technology and it is able to dispense high viscosity liquids with sub-micron resolution and sub-micron precision. It allows to delivery materials, such as conductive, dielectric and functional inks, on any substrate for production of sensors and actuators. It is a system that over-come the limits of inkjet technology for organic and biological materials, and it does not need to em-ploy solvents for the production of the patterns. This is the only system that can print liquid materials with very high viscosity (up to 100.000 cPs) with submicron resolution and on non-planar substrates. It is composed by a disposable micropipette of different size opening (from 600 nm to 50 µm), mounted on a high precision z-axis motorized stage and controlled in closed loop by a tuning fork, for keeping constant during movement the distance be-tween the dispensing pipette and the sample. The sample is moved by a motorized x-y stage and the writing process is completely automated and computer-controlled.
