### Award Criterion Descriptions

- • Maximum score (70 points) will be given for Bids with an overall evaluation key score of 3 or lower. • 0 points will be given for Bids with an overall evaluation key score of 5 or higher. • Bid with an evaluation key score between 3 and 5 will be given points based on linear interpolation between these two, see the graph below.
- This sub-criterion is evaluated based on the responses provided by the Bidder to the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the document “Volume 2 – Statement of Requirements”. The sub-criterion “Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality)” has been further divided into four (4) categories, referred to as part-criteria, each of which is assigned a specific weight as detailed in Table 3 above. Within each category, there are multiple evaluation criteria, each with an individual weight reflecting its relative importance. The weight of the part-criteria and evaluation criteria is listed in the scoring sheet. Each evaluation criterion will be assessed by the PT and scored on a scale from 0 to 5, where 0 represents the lowest score and 5 represents the highest, based on the scoring matrix provided in Table 4. The score for each evaluation criterion will then be weighted in accordance with its assigned weight to calculate the overall point score. The maximum total score for all weighted evaluation criteria within this sub-criterion is 30, which corresponds to the total weight of the sub-criterion 'Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality).' A total score of 30 represents the highest and most desirable outcome.

## Description

This Competition covers the purchase of new servers for an I/O intensive e-meeting service for NORDUnet. The number of servers to be purchased are 3*15 total 45. The deployment will be on 3 geographical separate locations. 2 locations in the Copenhagen area and 1 in Stockholm.
