## Description

The framework agreement for Lot 3 comprises Ørsted's demand for legal services in Ireland related to real ­estate in the context of onshore renewable assets (wind, solar and battery energy storage systems), Ørsted office spaces and/or other real ­estate based in the Republic of Ireland, including but not limited to: (a) Drafting and negotiation of land option agreements, sales and purchase agreements, leases, easements, rights of way, direct agreements, interface agreements and all ancillary documentation in respect thereof (b) Drafting and negotiation of wayleave agreements for substations, export cabling and access rights (c) Reviewing and reporting on landowners titles, drafting title reviews and producing red flag reports, completing registrations in the Property Registration Authority, calculations and submissions of stamp duty (d) All aspects of landlord and tenant work in relation to renewable developments including lease review and clarification, and ad hoc queries regarding tenant issues and variations (e) Assisting and advising on all aspects of real estate and property law of project development for renewable assets, including advising on Compulsory Purchase Order powers
