## Description

Nordstern udbyder som delegeret bygherre/totalentreprenør 20 fagentrepriser i forbindelse med opførelse af almene boliger, som efter opførelse skal overdrages til Boligforeningen Ringgården. Projektet (Gavlhuset) omhandler opførelse af almene boliger syd for Daugbjergvej på Trælasten i Aarhus. Trælasten er betegnelsen for hele området. Byggepladsens adresse er Trælastgade 4, 8000 Aarhus C. Projektet Gavlhuset opføres som den østlige fløj i karreen og består af ombygning i en ”kælder” på 283 m2, og nyopførelse af ca. 3.900 m2 ”bygning”, samt tilhørende terrænarbejde.
