### Award Criterion Descriptions

- The evaluation of the sub-criterion “TCO (Price)” is based on the TCO evaluation key calculated in the sheet “Total score” of the document entitled “Volume 3 - TCO Reply Form”. The evaluation was further described in the ITT.
- The sub-criterion Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality) is evaluated based on the Bidders’ responses to the Evaluation Criteria specified in each of the five Volume 2 – Statement of Requirements documents. The evaluation was further described in the ITT.

### Options

- The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the following non-mandatory options during the Contract Term: 1. Additional Purchases: The Contracting Authority may purchase additional firewalls of the same types and under the same terms and conditions as specified in the Contract, this includes the licenses and support services purchased under this tender. Such purchases may amount to up to 20 % of the original contract volume and may be exercised during the Contract Term. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to make use of any of the above options.

## Description

The subject matter of the contract concerns the procurement of firewall solutions, including associated hardware, software, licences, maintenance and support services, as further described in the tender documents. The contract was tendered as a single contract, with requirements and evaluation criteria set out in the Invitation to Tender and its annexes.
