### Award Criterion Descriptions

- The contract will be awarded to the tenderer submitting the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender is identified on the basis of the award criterion “best price-quality ratio” and as further described in the tender material.
- The evaluation of the sub-criterion “Quality” will be based exclusively on the Tenderer’s Implementation and Operation Plan , as described in the procurement documents.

### Selection Criterion Descriptions

- Criterion: Economic and financial capacity Description: The Applicant is encouraged to provide the following key figures based on the latest two audited annual reports by completing ESPD Part V and/or Appendix A – Response Template: turnover (revenue), earnings before tax (EBT), current assets, total assets, total equity (incl. minority interests), current liabilities, intangible assets, inventories, trade receivables, cash and cash equivalents, trade payables and total interest-bearing debt. If the Applicant is newly established and cannot provide two audited annual reports, the Applicant is encouraged to submit an opening balance. If the Applicant relies on a Supporting Entity’s capacities, this must be indicated in ESPD Part II, Section C, and a separate ESPD must be submitted for the Supporting Entity (as further described in the procurement documents). Evaluation/selection: The Contracting Entity will make an overall assessment of the submitted information (as further described in the procurement documents). Weighting: 30%
- Criterion: Experience Description: The Applicant is encouraged to provide up to five (5) references in ESPD Part V and/or Appendix A – Response Template demonstrating delivery of similar services. Each reference should include: title, period (start/end month-year), customer, location, sector/industry, contract value (annual or total in DKK), a brief description of services delivered and the Applicant’s role/responsibilities, and response time from request to commencement of work. References must not be older than ten (10) years calculated from the submission deadline. Evaluation/selection: Overall assessment of relevance and comparability to the Contract (including emergency response and supply of parts/consumables), as further described in the procurement documents. Weighting: 70%

## Description

Framework agreement for hydraulic services at Ørsted Bio Power plants in Denmark, including breakdown assistance and supply of consumables/wear parts. The agreement is divided into two geographical lots (East and West), runs for 5 years with an option to extend by 3×1 year, and appoints three ranked suppliers per lot. Call-offs are awarded directly to the highest-ranked supplier for POs up to DKK 1,000,000, while POs above DKK 1,000,000 are competed via mini-tender among the appointed suppliers.
