The subject of this call for tenders is the establishment of a framework service contract with an economic operator for the production of a series of “instances” using CLCplus Core. The objectives of the contract are to deliver yearly LULUCF instance products, ensure iterative refinement through stakeholder interaction, provide statistical comparisons with reporting data, support possible new policy instances, and contribute to user engagement and communication activities.
