## Description

DTU intends to procure a multiparametric surface plasmon resonance (MP-SPR) instrument from BioNavis Ltd based on the following. The instrument is a multiparametric surface plasmon resonance (MP-SPR) instrument. This is a type of optical surface-based biosensor that allows to study the binding of proteins and other molecules to surfaces that are functionalized with different materials or other molecules. This type of instrument is a necessary addition to our protein biophysics platform at DTU Bioengineering, because it will enable a whole new class of experiments that so far are outside of our reach. The required system must include at least two fluidic channels and automated sample handling compatible with 96- and 384-well plate formats. Furthermore, the system must support multi-wavelength measurements, including at minimum 670 nm and 785 nm, with the possibility to extend measurements to additional wavelengths (e.g. 850 nm and 980 nm).
