### Award Criterion Descriptions

- Price is evaluated using an evaluation key, calculated on the basis of the tenderer’s offered price as set out in Volume 3 – TCO Reply Form. The evaluation key is a technical measure used to compare prices on a common scale, where a lower score reflects a lower total cost. The evaluation key is calculated in the Excel sheet by dividing the total evaluation price by 37,000. Points are awarded on a scale from 0 to 30 points. Tenders with lower evaluation key scores receive more points, while higher scores receive fewer points. Between the defined thresholds, points are calculated using linear interpolation. For further description and for adjustment models see ITT section 5.1.1.
- This sub-criterion is evaluated based on the responses provided by the Bidder to the Evaluation Criteria outlined in the document “Volume 2 – Statement of Requirements”. The sub-criterion “Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality)” has been further divided into four (4) categories, referred to as part-criteria, each of which is assigned a specific weight as detailed in Table 2 above. Within each category, there are multiple evaluation criteria, each with an individual weight reflecting its relative importance. The weight of the part-criteria and evaluation criteria is listed in the Detailed Scoring Sheet document. Each evaluation criterion will be assessed by the Customer and scored on a scale from 0 to 5, where 0 represents the lowest score and 5 represents the highest, based on the scoring matrix provided in Table 3. The score for each evaluation criterion will then be weighted in accordance with its assigned weight to calculate the overall point score. The maximum total score for all weighted evaluation criteria within this sub-criterion is 30, which corresponds to the total weight of the sub-criterion 'Answer to Evaluation Criteria (Quality).' A total score of 30 represents the highest and most desirable outcome.

### Options

- The Contracting Authority reserves the right to exercise the following non-mandatory options during the Contract Term: 1. Additional Purchases: The Contracting Authority may purchase additional routers of the same types and under the same terms and conditions as specified in the Contract, this includes the licenses and support services purchased under this tender. Such purchases may amount to up to 20 % of the original contract volume and may be exercised during the Contract Term. The Contracting Authority is not obliged to make use of any of the above options.
