## Description

We are looking for a consultant who can facilitate and conduct a trace-study of The Arab Master Programme in Democracy and Human Rights (hereinafter AR.MA).By the end of the trace-study exercise, the consultant shall prepare a report no longer than 30 pages (excluding annexes) which clearly identifies:— the existing network of AR.MA alumni,— current professional and/or academic activities of persons who have previously been (or currently are) affiliated with the AR.MA programme that drive the human rights agenda forward,— a general assessment of the current relationship between AR.MA and its alumni,— recommendations as to how to improve the impact of the AR.MA programme and its alumni network on the human rights agenda in MENA and Europe.
