Companies registered as an electricity trading company in DataHub/Energinet can submit a bid. 

Companies will be excluded from the bidding process if they are subject to one of the reasons for exclusion mentioned in “Bek. nr. 1407 af 05/12/2024” §16-18. Companies can however participate in the bidding process following §19 in “Bek. nr. 1407 af 05/12/2024”. 

To participate in the bidding process, it is required that the bidder has a minimum turnover of 39.000.000 DKK to ensure the financial strength of the bidder.
