## Description

The EU Youth Conference during the Danish Presidency will take place from the 21st to 23rd of September 2025 in Copenhagen. The Ministry of Children and Education will select a European Facilitator to lead the Conference together with a selected Danish national facilitator. 

The main tasks of the European Facilitator is to:
•	Moderate different plenary sessions during the conference together with the national facilitator such as plenary debates and introducing speakers
•	Co-design material to the group facilitators before the conference 
•	Plan and prepare the methodology and choreography of the working group sessions and plenary sessions in close coopera-tion with the organizing team from the ministry and national youth council
•	Attend preparatory meetings and debriefing (online) and the EU Youth Conference from the 21st to 23rd of September in Copenhagen
•	Prepare and facilitate a webinar for the participants to prepare for the conference in advance. Planned for September 2025 (final date TBD)
•	Ensuring continuity and coherence throughout the 11th cycle by participating in meetings in the European Steering Group if neces-sary (online for selected agenda points).
