### Award Criterion Descriptions

- Annex C – Tender list contains all prices offered. On the basis of the prices offered and with the weightings indicated, the overall lowest tender price is calculated and used for the evaluation.
- Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Quality’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex B Requirement specification. Reference is made to the tender specifications.
- Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Installation and maintenance’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex C.2 – Tenderer’s tender. Instruction material It will be assessed positive if the Tenderer provides video material and the faster the Tenderer will be able to provide it. It will be assessed positively that the video material is for all installation and maintenance actions needed for the circuit breaker. Maintenance and maintenance plan It will be weighted positive if the maintenance plan is detailed, realistic for the circuit breaker offered and states all expected maintenance during the circuit breakers lifetime. It is weighted positively if the offered product does not require maintenance frequently. It will be assessed negatively if maintenance activities are evaluated to be time-consuming, require extensive dismantling, rely on highly specialized personnel or cause unnecessary operational interruption
- Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘Delivery time’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex C.2 – Tenderer’s tender. On the basis of the delivery times offered and with the weightings indicated, the overall lowest delivery time is calculated and used for the evaluation.
- Evaluation of the sub-criterion ‘ESG’ will be based on the tenderer’s response to Annex C.2 – Tenderer’s tender. For the sub-criteria ‘ESG’, points will be awarded on a scale of 0-10, where the tenderer can achieve a maximum score of 10 points. Point scale: Point 0 - There are no plans to develop EPD’s for the circuit breakers 1 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 24 months after the first delivery 2 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 21 months after the first delivery 3 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 18 months after the first delivery 4 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 15 months after the first delivery 5 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 12 months after the first delivery 6 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 9 months after the first delivery 7 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 6 months after the first delivery 8 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker no later than 3 months after the first delivery. 9 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPD for the specific type of circuit breaker at the first delivery 10 - The Contracting Entity will receive a third party verified EPDs for the different types of circuit breakers together with the Tenderers offer
