### Award Criterion Descriptions

- DRS will award the Contract to the Tenderer who submits the most economically advantageous Tender. The most economically advantageous Tender is identified based on the award criterion “lowest price”. If two evaluated tender prices are identical, DRS may draw lots between those Tenderers as a last resort to identify the most economically advantageous Tender. The evaluation will be carried out based on the following documents: - Appendix 2: Price List The technical evaluation price is calculated automatically in Appendix 2: Price List. All prices must be in EURO (EUR) per unit. Prices must include all expenses and delivery costs (production, assembly, customs and duties etc.). Price adjustment is regulated in the draft Contract.

### Selection Criterion Descriptions

- DRS’ minimum requirements for Tenderers’ economic and financial standing: • General yearly turnover of at least EUR 1,500,000 in each of the last two (2) completed financial years.
- DRS’ minimum requirements for Tenderers’ economic and financial standing: • Positive equity in each of the last two (2) completed financial years.
- DRS’ minimum requirements for Tenderers’ technical and professional ability: • At least three (3) references within the last three (3) years (demonstrating experience with comparable services. Comparable services means deliveries of Big Boxes in broad sense to the Big Boxes under this Tender. Each reference must include: 1) description and why comparable, 2) date/time of delivery, and 3) customer contact details (name, phone, email). By submitting references, the Tenderer accepts that DRS may contact the customer.

### Options

- Option 1 – Big Boxes and Lids In addition to the guaranteed units, DRS has an option to place orders for additional (up to) 10,000 Big Boxes and (up to) 10,000 Lids during the Contract Term. There is no guarantee that DRS will exercise its option for additional supplies, whether in whole or in part. The individual orders covered by the option of additional Big Boxes and/or Lids must be delivered successively. Option 2 – Separate Feet DRS shall have the opportunity to purchase up to 50,000 separate Feet during the Contract Term. This will, however, depend on a specific assessment based on DRS's current needs, and DRS thus issues no guarantee of the volume of these orders. The individual orders covered by the option of separate Feet must be delivered successively.

## Description

DRS is obligated to collect deposited Beverage Packaging from Customers having subscribed with DRS. DRS uses the Big Boxes for collection at the individual Customers of intact compacted Beverage Packaging’ consisting exclusively of compacted aluminium cans and compacted one-way plastic bottles. The Beverage Packaging’ are collected from the Customers in the Big Boxes, which are placed either directly on the floor in the bottle room or in other back premises, including outdoor, before collection. DRS uses other types of transport equipment for the collection of Beverage Packaging. It is thus important that it is possible to stack the Big Boxes by using DRS’s existing transport equipment. The Contract will be carried out in period 1 January 2027 – 31 December 2030. DRS may place an order on the final day of the Contract Term, to be delivered in accordance with the Contract. DRS guarantees ordering a total of 20,000 Big Boxes and 60,000 Lids during the Contract Term. The guaranteed quantity may be divided into separate orders and successive deliveries in accordance with the draft Contract. Delivery must be made to one of the following addresses: - Bundgårdsvej 6, 7000 Fredericia, Denmark - Jellingvej 16, 9230 Svenstrup, Denmark - Bredebjergvej 10, 2630 Taastrup, Denmark. Upon conclusion of the Contract, DRS will place an initial order for 5,000 Big Boxes and 15,000 Lids for successive delivery commencing in March/April 2027. DRS have options for delivery of additional Big Boxes and Lids (Option 1) and Seperate Feet (Option 2).
