## Description

Announcement of Tender for the Purchase and Cancellation of Guarantees of Origin for Renewable Energy Equivalent to Grid Losses for RAH Net A/S (2027)

RAH Net A/S hereby invites interested and qualified electricity trading companies to submit tenders for the purchase and cancellation of Guarantees of Origin for renew-able energy corresponding to the grid losses in RAH Net A/S' electricity distribution network for the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027.

The expected volume of electricity for which Guarantees of Origin must be purchased and cancelled is approximately 50 GWh. The exact volume may vary and will be de-termined in accordance with the applicable rules and the principles set out in the tender documents.

The estimated total contract value is approximately DKK 200.000, excluding VAT.

Requirements for Bidders:

Bidders must be registered as electricity trading companies in Denmark and satisfy the economic and financial minimum requirements set out in the tender documents.

The complete tender documents are freely, directly and fully electronically accessi-ble via Comdia. Tenders must be submitted electronically via Comdia no later than 2 November 2026 at 12:00 CET. Tenders received after the deadline will not be con-sidered.

Award criterion:

The contract will be awarded to the Bidder offering the lowest price per kWh for the purchase and cancellation of Guarantees of Origin. The offered price must include all costs, fees and charges associated with the performance of the contract, excluding VAT.
