## Description

The future Topic Centre should support and strengthen EEA capabilities in quantitative analytical methods, such as indicators, trends and scenario assessments for the evolution of the energy system, and in the quantification of associated benefits, co-benefits, trade-offs and just transition implications (distributional, procedural and recognitional). It should also support targeted case study work that combines desk research, stakeholder mapping, structured questionnaires, EUSurvey-based evidence collection, expert workshops where appropriate and interviews to identify and share between Member States success factors, barriers, impacts and transferability across policy contexts, sectors and countries.
