Request for Information - Personal Radiation Monitor instrument (personal dosismeter)

The Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organisation (DALO) is interested in acquiring information regarding Personal Radiation Monitor instruments (personal dosimeter- in the following PRM). Due to this DALO has decided to initiate a technical dialogue with the market. The PRM will be used as part of the personnel’s protection in areas where there is a risk of ionizing radiation or identified an ionizing radiation. The PRM will be used to control the period a person is exposed to radiation and to monitor the accumulated dose. As part of the preparation for the possible future tender, DALO would like to request information regarding some specific topics from potential suppliers. DALO would ask potential bidders to review and answer the questions contained in the Request for Information (RFI) response sheet available via Ethics Sourcing Services. To gain acces to the document suppliers are requested to sign up on Ethics Sourcing Services which is free of charge. DALO would like to emphasize that participation in this RFI will not influence your participation in a possible future tender. We ask you to respond in writing. DALO reserves the right to contact specific respondees inregard to further explanation of the answers given, and/or obtaining more information on the basis of the answers. When you have filled out the answering sheet please upload it to Ethics Sourcing Services. We ask that you upload us your response no later than 7th of February 2024.
