Agilent Autoscale Preparative LC/MSD

The Section for Plant Biochemistry (PLEN, UCPH) is a research powerhouse studying natural products in crops and model plants. Via our own Metabolomics Platform we cover a range of experimental capabilities from analysis of plant extracts to elucidation of chemical structures. However, our ability to isolate natural products from plants is currently limited and represents a significant bottleneck in our work. Thus, we aim to purchase a scalable, preparative LC-MS system that will allow us to efficiently analyze small amounts of plant extracts as well as purify large amounts of compounds.
