Request for information - Surface Based Air and Missile Defence (Land)

The Danish Armed Forces is currently considering strengthening its air defence capabilities. Following the political decision, the Danish Ministry of Defence Acquisition and Logistics Organization (DALO) wish to obtain more knowledge on the market for Surface Based Air and Missile Defence (Land) (SBAMD(L)). For that reason DALO request information regarding relevant SBAMD(L) solutions that can supplement Danish Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) capabilities. DALO has prepared a range of questions in this request for information (RFI), which DALO would like to gain information on. DALO encourages all relevant companies to submit a response to this RFI. Companies are deemed relevant if they are able to deliver the complete Danish SBAMD(L) solution or either the SBAMD(L)-(LR) system or the SBAMD(L)-(SR) systems. Companies are also deemed relevant if they expect to enter into a consortium (or other legal construction) capable of delivering the above. DALO expect to use the information received during the RFI process in the subsequent planning and execution of a potential procurement process. DALO encourages all relevant companies (or other legal constructions of any kind) interested in a potential Danish procurement of Surface Based Air and Missile Defence (Land) solution to ensure that: 1. DALO receive all information that the company deem to be relevant 2. All information submitted to DALO is correct and adequate 3. Clearly indicate/mark if any information given to DALO is considered to be provisional A link to the RFI documents are available in this notice within the Communication Section. DALO is planning to conduct a clarification meeting June 11 2024 9:30-11:00 CET at the DALO premises (Lautrupbjerg 1, Ballerup). Companies who would like to participate in the meeting should respond to [email protected] no later than June 7. DALO reserves the right to reduce the number of participants or companies not relevant to this RFI. Please see further instructions in the RFI documents. Companies will have the opportunity to submit questions about the RFI. Questions must be submitted via the ETHICS web portal or send via e-mail to [email protected]. All relevant questions and answers will be anonymized and uploaded to the ETHICS website. Final deadline for questions is August 2 2024. Please upload the response via Ethics prior to August 16 2024 13.00 CET. Please notice that the date in the Future notice section is unknown at this point.
