The Contract is for the delivery of High-Pressure Steam Piping - Component & Installation to the Contracting Entity for the Project AVV57 CCE. The delivery includes procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation and insulation. The scope of works under the Contract includes: • Pipe installations including valves, flow meters, supports, insulation and pipe labelling • Fabrication and installation of secondary steel for pipe supports • All installation works. • Pipe materials, bolts, washers, nuts, and gaskets, etc. • Preparation of workshop and assembly • Workshop fabrication including fabrication control • Project management including HSE activities • All transportation including transportation protection and unloading • Pipe marking • Pickup of components supplied by the Employer at the AVV storage area • Rigging, operation, and de-rigging of construction site and construction site facilities • Cranes, trucks, scaffolding, lifts, and similar lifting and assembly equipment • Temporary support and fixation • Health and safety measures • Assembly and assembly control • Quality assurance and quality control • Quality and "as-built" documentation Additional services • Installation of Employer components (e.g. metering equipment) • NDT, cleaning and removal of waste, pressure testing, steam blowing, Internal flushing of pipe systems, Certified welding. • Documentation; As built drawings, Material certificates for base and filler materials, welding documents, NDT, Heat treatment documents and pressure test documents (include documents according to EN13480-5 section 9.4)
