HOFOR is to build a PV plant in Fjenneslev in Mid Zealand with a capacity of 190 MWp/165 MW ac. The project area is currently used for agriculture, mainly to produce grain. The PV plant will be connected through a temporary 132 kV grid connection in Q2/2026 based on Energinet’s (the public transmission operator in Denmark) standard concepts and will later be transferred to the final point of connection (PoC) to the national grid in 2028/2029 at a new Energinet-owned 132 kV substation in the area.
