Beskrivelse
The PYROCO2 project is a prestigious European Innovation Action type project, funded in 2021 under EU's first round of calls for proposals in support of the European Green Deal. The project has twenty partners from eleven countries, including DTU and process engineering partner Bioprocess Technology SL (BPT, Spain), as well as SINTEF AS (SINTEF, Norway) as the PYROCO2 project coordinator. Any questions regarding the tender might include consultations with other partners than DTU. The main goal of the project is to demonstrate at scale the biotechnological production of acetone by using hydrogen and carbon dioxide gasses as main feedstocks. The main deliverable of the project is the construction and operation of a demonstrator-scale chemical production facility at Herøya Industrial Park, Porsgrunn, Norway, and demonstration of industrial CO2-based acetone production at TRL7 with an annual production capacity of approx. 300 tons. - A lower price, the better.
- The proposed design solution must be aligned with all requirements, cf. Appendix 1 – User Requirement Specification. Possibility for more efficient solutions with improved or streamlined functionality is weighted positively. Use of high-quality components and materials of fully traceable origin and functionality and flexibility of control design solutions is weighted positively. Further description of interface among lots is weighted positively.
- Quick availability on site with the necessary technical staff for repairs, service and maintenance during the implementation period and the operation period of 18 months is weighted positively. Available spare parts near the site or/and which quickly can be provided is weighted positively.
- A proposed timeline from the date of agreement signature to completion must be provided: Dependent on the lot, the timeline should highlight aspects (not limited to) such as: Material acquisitions, P&ID design, reactor design, skid-piping design, electrical design, fabrication, controls programming, utilities connection, SAT/commissioning, and personal training. A shorter guaranteed delivery period than 400 calendar days calculated from the date of the signed Agreement is weighted positively.
- Shorter linear delivery distance than 3000 kilometres to the demonstrator location is weighted positively. Policies, strategies and certifications regarding climate and environmental policies are weighted positively.
- The proposed design solution must be aligned with all requirements, cf. Appendix 1 – User Requirement Specifications.
