IFD wants to offer a high-level education programme to selected project leaders managing research and innovation projects supported by IFD. The purpose of the education programme is to upgrade their skills as project leaders and to enable them to better handle the challenges they are facing as project leaders of innovation and research projects in an international context, and with the participation of various stakeholders. The objective of this tender procedure is to enter into a contract with a programme provider who shall run a customized educational programme, targeted at project leaders within the portfolio of IFD’s investments.
