This procurement procedure concerns the purchase of an IT-supported solution to support and streamline the planning process concerning future study semesters at RUC. This includes planning of course programmes taking into account the combination options available to the students as well as the resources allocated to teaching etc. such as rooms, teaching staff and equipment. The solution must also support the presentation of the planning to stakeholders, change management of course programmes and resources and must be capable of being used for reporting and notification purposes.
