The Framework Agreement concerns the delivery of plastic blast media for removal of organic coatings.The Danish Defence will primarily use the plastic blast media for removal of coating on aircrafts to reduce the risk of damage to the aircrafts fuselage, wings and other vital parts of the aircraft. Furthermore the Danish Defence will use the plastic blast media for removal of coatings on other components such as weapons etc. where for instance sand blasting will damage the components.It is a mandatory requirement that the plastic blast media to be supplied under this Framework Agreement shall be manufactured from virgin plastic stock, please see Appendix A of the Framework Agreement draft for further information and requirements.
