The Customer is responsible for administration and collection of direct taxation, VAT, and other forms of indirect taxation and customs procedure in Denmark. The customer has an extensive portfolio of IT systems that enable the Customer to provide solutions to ensure the performance of this task. These solutions use third party applications that continuously needs to be maintained and supported to ensure the needed level of operability in the Customer’s IT System portfolio. The Customer needs to purchase maintenance and support services for the third party applications specified in the tender documents.
