The objective of the assignment is to enable the Government entities and staff involved in the implementation of Climate Resilient Forest Livelihoods (CRFL) to ensure that the analytical foundation and data collection is sound and informs implementation, that the livelihoods options promoted are appropriate and sustainable and adapted to their specific locations, that the programme is inclusive, and that programme implementation is timely.It is further an objective to, throughout the programme, assist and capacity build the implementing entities to become able to implement and report on similar programmes in the future.
