Beskrivelse
The Danish Embassy in Kampala has decided to cancel the procurement procedure, as the contracting authority only received irrelevant requests for participation in relation to the contract — tenders not fulfilling the minimum requirements regarding technical and professional capacity, cf. Section III.1.3).Thus, the contracting authority will in accordance with section 80(1)(2) of the Public Procurement Act apply a negotiated procedure without publication in order to conclude a contract regarding initially 19 950 tarpaulins with an option to procure additional 10 050 tarpaulins for its engagement in Northern Uganda under the Northern Uganda Resilience Initiative (NURI) programme.
