Negotiated procedure for the procurement of a framework agreement and contract for the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of ANPR Enforcement Systems. The framework agreement will concern the acquisition of ANPR enforcement Systems, education/training and documentation as well as certain services related to support and maintenance of the system.In the contract notice section II.2.4) the requested solution is further described, and the tender documents include a description of the project in further detail.The Supplier’s deliverables under the framework agreement are to be delivered as two main types of deliveries:(i) ‘Deliverables’;(ii) ‘Maintenance Contract(s)’.
