The purpose of this tender is to provide a framework agreement for external consultancy services to enable the Danish Energy Agency to source specialist technical expertise on demand to ensure that the Danish Energy Agency's partner institutions can access the most appropriate knowledge and skills and benefit from the expertise and experience of international and local know-how and resource base in the Energy Country Programs and Projects.
