This procurement by DTU Energy is conducted as a negotiated procedure and concerns the realization of a Vacuum Transfer Line System (VTLs) and Pulsed Laser Deposition chamber (PLDc).The procurement concerns a reliable and fast ultra-high vacuum transfer connecting minimum 5 vacuum systems (XPS, 3 existing PLDs and 1 sputtering).The holders/manipulators of the PLD chambers are different from each other and also the XPS has its own holder. DTU Energy has a need to design manipulators and sample holders that can fit in the chambers and in the XPS at the same time.
